How the programme will work:
The logic behind the design of this programme is, you will have a balance of individual therapy to help you to understand your situation fully. You participate to what ever level you are happy to contribute in the group. The incorporation of group work is in direct response to my clients asking to meet others who are recovering from trauma. I have listened to the desire for community and created this program.
Here's what you will receive over the 12 weeks:
1 Intake session 90 minutes prior to programme beginning;
9 One to one therapy sessions each 90 minutes long;
3 Group days with other programme participants; and
A Secret Facebook group for participants (I will be answering questions so we learn from each other).
What your month will look like:
You will have 1, one to one therapy session each week for three weeks, then the fourth week we will come together as a group on a Sunday. At the end of the 12 weeks you have the opportunity to go on retreat together for 5 days and deepen your healing.
You will find lots of support as you progress through the programme.
